Ahi Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

1 Ahi Tuna steak per person
1 teaspoon sea salt & ground pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup arugula salad per person
1 cucumber sliced
3 radishes sliced
1/2 teaspoon wasabi paste
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
3 tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt & ground pepper

Directions

1. Season tuna with seal salt & ground pepper
2. Heat pan over heat & add olive oil
3. Add tuna to the hot pan & sear for 1-2 mins per side
4. Remove from heat. Set aside
5. Combine arugula , radish & cucumber in a bowl
6. Mix wasabi, soy sauce, oil, apple cider vinegar salt & pepper
7. Drizzle dressing over salad & coat evenly.
8. Slice tuna on an angle & arrange both greens and tuna on plate
