Arugula- A Nutty & Bitter Tasting Cruciferous Vegetable

Arugula is a cruciferous salad green with a peppery nutty bitter taste which is a nutrient-dense food that is high in fiber and phytochemicals. It’s high in several vital vitamins and minerals such as calcium, potassium, folate, vitamin C, vitamin A, and vitamin K.
