Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
2 tbsp pumpkin seed
2 tbsp flaxseed
3 tbsp slivered almonds
1 cup raspberries
3/4 cup blueberries
1 cup almond milk or keffir
1/2 cup chilled water

Instructions
1. Put the pumpkin seeds, flaxseed, & almonds into a blender until finely ground
2. Add the raspberries, blueberries, almond milk or keffir, and water and blend until smooth
3. Pour into glass
