Chia Seed Pudding


4 tablespoons whole chia seeds
1/3 cup hot water
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1/3 cup will blueberries or raspberries (for topping)
2 tablespoons coconut cream
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
1/3 cup kefir

1. Place chia seeds into small bowl. Add hot water, cinnamon, cocoa powder, coconut cream and stir. Allow to sit for 10 minutes, until chia seeds become a gel.
2. Add kefir, top with wild blueberries or raspberries.
