Roasted Kalettes


2 cups (300g) kalettes ( hybridization of kale and brussel sprouts)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon sea salt & pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 475F
  2. Wash kalettes & toss in olive oil with salt & pepper. Spread evenly on a foil lined baking sheet.
  3. Roast in oven for 10 mins. or till tender.
