Pumpkin Puree


1-5 pie pumpkins


1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Slice the pumpkin in half, scoop out seeds and set aside. Spray the interior with olive oil and place face down on baking sheet.
3. Cook for 45-60 minutes or until tender. Allow to cool.
4. Scoop out the pumpkin from it’s skin and place in blender, or food processor to puree.
5. Place in ziploc bags or containers 1-2 cups and freeze for future use.

Smell, taste, enjoy. Be mindful of the food you eat.
