Roasted Carrots

Ingredients:

1 bunch organic carrots, about 1 pound
Organic olive oil, for drizzling
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
Sea salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
3 cloves of garlic, grated

Directions:

1 Preheat the oven to 425°F
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
3. Place olive oil, honey, sea salt, ground pepper, garlic a in bowl and mix all ingredients
4. Toss in carrots and coat with mixture
5. Arrange carrots evenly on baking sheet
6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until carrots are tender

Prep time:15 mins  Cooking time: 25 mins. Serves 4 people
