Avocado with Tuna & Dill

Ingredients:

2 avocados- pitted, cut in half
1 can of tuna
1 teaspoon of lemon-zest & juice
Chopped dill- handful
1 tsp of organic olive oil
Chopped fresh parsley, handful
Sea salt and ground pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Toss the tuna into a bowl & flake part with a fork. Add olive oil, lemon juice/zest, salt, pepper
2. Place avocado shell on plate and scoop in filling.
3. Sprinkle with dill
