Egg Noodles with Shrimp & Coconut Cream
Ingredients:
1 tbsp organic olive oil
1 tbsp organic butter
2 tsp green/red curry paste
1 tsp honey
1 tsp dried basil
1/4 cup parmesan cheese- grated
20 shrimps-peeled and deveined
3 cloves garlic- minced
1 can coconut cream
1/2 cup bone broth- see recipe on link below
2 cups egg pasta spirals
Himalayan sea salt & ground pepper- to taste
Instructions
1.Heat oil and butter over medium a deep skillet. Add garlic, shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook until seared. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
2. Add bone broth to a boil and add egg pasta along with curry. Cook noodles till al dente.
3. Add coconut cream along with shrimp
4. Toss all ingredients together. Serve on plate. Sprinkle with basil and parmesan cheese
