Cranberry Blueberry Smoothie


1 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 1/4 cup frozen cranberries
2/3 cup yogourt or keffir
2 tsps honey or monk fruit
1/4 chilled water

1. Put the blueberries & cranberries into a blender and process until smooth
2. Add the keffir or yogourt & water and blend.
3. Pour into a glass & serve
