Roasted Garlic

Ingredients

4 medium to large heads of garlic
Organic Olive Oil

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Remove the loose skin of the garlic. Leave the tighter paper skin on.
3. Slice the top 1/4 inch off of each head of garlic. This will expose the inner cloves.
4. Drizzle each head of garlic with olive oil.
5. Wrap 1 head of garlic in tin foil.
6. Place in the oven for 50-60 mins. and roast until soft and golden brown.
7. Remove from oven & allow to cool for 5-10 mins.
8. Gently squeeze out the pulp from each clove into a bowl.
9. Serve as desired
